    Loading and Parking Direction:
    Tower Loading Dock  Grand Ballroom which is located on the 2nd Floor of the Tower Building. The freight elevator is located on street level on Cleveland Street between 15th and 16th Streets. Loading area height in the tower building is 10 feet 6 inches tall.  Freight elevator dimensions in the Tower building is 22 feet deep x 9 feet wide x 7 feet 4 inches tall, weight limit 6,000 pounds. For this loading area, freight will need to be brought down to the ground--there is no dock. A lift gate is advisable for heavy materials. Additionally, there are no “dock workers” available unless pre-arranged with the Convention Services/Catering Department. There is no overnight parking permitted in the loading dock area at any time. The Hotel has no facilities to park trucks or buses.  Overflow lots are available by calling AMPCO parking at 303-573-8121
