The Professional
Chefs Association Inc. was formed in July 1997 by Walter Neuhold.
Chef Neuhold who’s career began in Austria and consequently has had
him cook for Pope John II, Queen Elizabeth and former President
Ronald Reagan, along with numerous World Leaders, Movie stars, and
so on during his travels around the world. His focus is culinary
excellence through exchange of knowledge, through networking and by
combining expertise to benefit one another.
