Corporate Executive Chef
  Description:

Certified Corporate Chefs... as.... Professional Culinary Educators...

These Chefs who travel the country and world teaching all kinds of customers about there products and how to prepare them. Menu deployment, costing, training, to large chains, distributors, street accounts and so on.

It takes a very special CHEF to go out into the sales world (set aside the ego!) and really teach others how to uses there products and cook. BUT most of all apply them (special products) to the menus of the world and help people really make money in there establishments. Helping sales people uses and understand Culinary Arts. And share these Chefs talents with users and other Chefs that otherwise well never get culinary teaching/training in any other way

  Requirements:
Minimum of 3 Years as Corporate Chef , or
5 years as assistant Corporate Chef
 
  Duration:
Certification is valid as long as the Chef holds the position as Corporate Executive Chef, and is a PCA Member in good standing.

Certification fee = $1200.00
 
 
We believe in continuing education.
You only need to take this certification ONCE in your life time! However you must complete yearly educational courses to stay certified.
 
 
Please Note: We are not ACF (American Culinary Federation) accredited. Our accreditation comes from leaders in the industry who are setting the standards.
